  • In-country operational experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience as an owner/operator of hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or hotel venues • Examples of operational excellence, awards
  • Ability to open multiple venuesProven experience of opening complex multiple venues • Qualified operational and development staff
  • Experience as a franchiseePrevious experience as a franchisee operating in international markets • Ability to demonstrate adherence to franchise standards and localization • Referrals from previous franchisors
  • Local market knowledge and strong local connectionsDemonstration of market knowledge, cultural norms, disposable income, barriers to entry, competitive landscape • Knowledge of country entry, regulatory, development requirements • Relationships within the landowners, suppliers, and service providers
  • Track record of bringing other brands to the TerritoryInformation on other brands that have been successfully launched in the Territory by the interested party • Referrals where appropriate
  • Existing large-scale hospitality, leisure and/or entertainment businessEvidence of existing successful operations of large-scale hospitality, leisure and/or entertainment business
  • Strong financial backingDemonstrable evidence of financial backing sufficient to meet the initial investment needs and ongoing operational requirements
  • In-country real estate expertise in large scale developmentsSuitably qualified real estate and development resources with particular emphasis on finding and developing real estate for large scale developments
